Use of Equipment

The Rentee agrees that the items will only be used at the address communicated and listed on contract, and only for the purpose for which it was intended and manufactured. Subleasing or improper use is prohibited. The Rentee agrees they have read all operating instructions, and warnings related to rented items.

Forms of Payment

We take most forms of payment, including: Cash, Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express, Cashiers Check and in small orders Venmo and Cash App. We take payments over the phone or in person with one of the consultants at our warehouse office. 

Security Deposit

Our security deposits are required for pickup orders from our warehouse, events not at a domestic location but a public space and for large distant orders. The security deposit can be payed the day of delivery to the delivery team in cash or by check and is returned during pickup. The security deposit will be held in the event of missing items, broken items or last minute address changes, rarely is it not returned in full.  

Pricing

There are set prices for our items, the only things that are subject to change are delivery rates and security deposits.

Placing Orders

You can place orders in person or over the phone, items are not considered fully reserved until the agreed upon rental price is paid in full.

Delivery

Delivery charges are different case by case, they are based on your order load, distance and time. An agent is able to calculate that for the customers when placing your order. We also only cater to the Central Arkansas area, this usually means nothing more than an hour away from our warehouse location. Exceptions may be made for large orders and agreement to pay the long distance delivery fees. 

Pickup Orders

The majority of our items are able to be picked up at our warehouse and returned as "pickup and drop off orders." These orders require a security deposit, which is different case by case and photo ID at time of pick up. The orders are usually picked up and dropped off during our business work hours but can be done at other times for a fee or in reasonable prior agreements.

  • Do I use my own electricity and water for inflatables?
    Yes, the customer should have their own access to a water hose and electrical input
  • Do I have to pay a security deposit if its for a church event?
    Yes. Security deposits are for all non-residential events. All public space events require a security deposit
  • Can I rent for multiple days?
    Yes, you can rent for multiple days as long as the location stays the same and you pay before hand every day you plan on having the rental items.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
